The right to go topless

but when talking about topless girls, everybody thinks about sexy mega cute chicks, forgetting that there are lot of ugly girls with scary tits, who could also use that right. And it will be disgusting.

So this law can be used only with 2 amendments:
1. only sexy chicks are allowed to walk topless in public.
2. jamrak decides who is sexy, and gives a chick personal permission after intimate checkup with necessary cumshot on tits in the end.

Exactly. It was normal and natural for them because it had always been that way. If women in America started wandering around topless tomorrow, men would go ape-shit.

Where I live (Sweden) it's perfectly legal for a woman to do just that. Unfortunately, they still don't.

canada passed this law about 12 years ago, i think. they ruled that if men can be topless publicly, they women can too. i agree.

i hope most men don't go topless. gross man boobies. topless women in public? meh. never as hot as you think.

and if women go topless in public - don't think they're asking for anything. man, it pisses me off when i see discussions like this which say that if women dress provocatively they're asking for trouble (like rape). if you think that, you're simply dysfunctional. no women, regardless of how she's dressed, is asking for that crap. In my native country women go topless all the time and their are numerous nude beaches. Rapes are almost unheard of and people aren't uptight about nudity.:yinyang:

Well at least its not illegal. If people start to complain you have to wear a shirt. But this doesnt happen too often.

We even have beaches here where you must be naked to be allowed to be there.

Its been legal in Ontario to go topless forever. Women fought tooth and nail for it, but now that its ok, women don't go topless at all. I'm sure they realized its a bad idea. I went topless in the Dominican republic and I got harassed with my husband by my side! As much as I'm for equal rights, I believe that somethign like this would be ruined by the male population so...just best to not bother with it.

I'm sure your country has been groomed over the centuries to accept nudity as a normal part of life though. Here in North america, nudity is still "taboo" in alot of ways and is something that should only be seen behind closed doors.

Ruined by the MALE population? So, the possible fact that thousands upon thousands upon thousands of women would be flaunting their nudity in front of the public just to get attention (because, let's be honest...that's all it's about), only furthering the pig-headed mentality that women are nothing more than an object of lust, would have nothing to do with it?
