and as far as McCain goes, he wants war with Iran. He wanted the war in Iraq to continue "indefinitely" which he said repeatedly during his campaign. He wants war in Syria now. I would hardly compare Somalia to Iraq or Afghanistan, which are the longest wars in American history. bin Laden said that his goal was to destroy the American economy with the world trade center bombings. Looks like he accomplished far more of his goal than we have. Iraq never had al quaeda until we invaded them, now just this week they have asked us to come back and help them fight them because al quaeda is surging in Iraq.

McCain was not a general nor did he devise strategy. He was absolutely a hero, but he'd bomb anyone in a heartbeat and we don't need that.

They got rich off the cause and that corrupted them. I have been a very harsh critic of Jackson and Sharpton much to the disliking of many black folks. But when Jesse was a young guy he was a very powerful and important part of the movement. Sharpton was the same. He spoke for people that no one cared about in NY. The French Army has participed in the 1st Gulf War, the Bosnian Conflict as well as in Afghanistan perhaps at a smaller scale as compared to the US Army but it did participate in these wars. The French Army was the only one who launched Operation Serval in Mali recently , and what do you do about this?
