Yeah, ISIS fighters have basically taken over an entire town including taking hostages in a church.

Duterte no longer wanted U.S. Special ****** in his country. Well, good luck with that. Maybe China wants to help.

That might have been a problem if his goal was a peaceful/non-violent solution, or one that involved minimal casualties.

In this guy's case I think he's a "Shoot the Hostages" type of guy. He very well may shoot up the entire church himself to send a message to the terrorists.
