Congrats to Phil....great performance under the circumstances (remember when they said he couldn't win the "big one"?).

Tiger's week was very impressive considering all the pressure and distractions he was under. He's an incredible golf talent....the best ever in my book.

Choi did his nation proud. He was right there until he fell apart on the back nine.

Anthony Kim was fantastic as well....this *** is going to make a lot of noise on the tour for many years to come.

Westwood was solid and steady but he couldn't respond to Mickelson's fantastic back nine today. Great showing by the Englishman.

My personal rooting interest was for "Boom Boom" however. Fred Couples had a great week as well and except for a couple of bad holes today he could have been right there at the end. I love seeing the old guys still be able to "get it up" for the majors.

Great tournament....I enjoyed the hell out of it. Again, congrats to Phil....well done!! :glugglug::hatsoff::thumbsup:

I swear Couples owns Augusta (at least top 10s anyway). Glad for Mick though with both the old lady and the *** suferring from breast cancer. Probably his most impressive performance ever at Augusta today. Too damn good.

One thing you never say about Tiger is: he is a quitter…….until yesterday.

What an embarrassment. He disrespected himself, the game and his competitors.

I am not rooting for him this week or until I think he's really "sorry" for embarrassing his wife and ******.

Lol @ that

He cheated on his wife with several others...that's really no big a deal, at least he didn't have sex with 12 y.o. and ****, like those vatican priests, now that ****'s embarrassing lol.

As for the rest, he's a human being, he'll get by, because if he doesn't then we'll all have a real reason to think he's full of ****. He still has responsibilities, and really life's all about responsibilities, no matter how you fuck up.

Well, one of the greatest tournaments in the world is on today. The sentimental favorite is Lefty but in my fantasy league I have Westwood. I think Tiger will win this one though.

Tiger to put new putter in play for the '10 Open:

I had him winning - until now. No way he can put a new flat stick in the bag at the Open and expect results. Could prove me wrong. I have him in my fantasy league.

Shooter McGavin he'll win it all....seriously I tried playing golf with my *** once, I came very close to wrapping a 5 Iron around his head.

Ah yes..it's the return of the Ugly American...:anonymous

(I bet Daly will shoot a 14 over par tomorrow and storm off the course in a ~rage~ :thefinger)

I think the results from this year's British Open (plus all the talk about non-Americans dominating the PGA Tour in the coming years as has happened on the LPGA Tour)...

pretty point to the definitive crumbling of America as a Superpower. I think there is a correlation between America's global dominance and our golf dominance...we don't dominate golf anymore. Our time has ******.

I don't know why people keep saying that. :dunno: He's still gonna **** the record. Am I the only one who thinks this? It's just a nasty divorce. I've been trough similar with a 5 year relationship and that **** is like dealing with a death in the ******. He will recover, get a new bimbo to follow him around and marry him and it will be cruise control. I still think he wins 22 majors.

I'm not sure what Pavin is thinking in the final group.

Careful What You Wish For

Rory McIlroy, the Irish wunderkind, kicked off the verbal sparring a few weeks ago when he told the BBC he "would love to face" Tiger one-on-one in the Ryder Cup. "Unless his game rapidly improves," McIlroy said, "I think anyone in the European team would fancy their chances against him."

Fancy this, Mr. McIlroy: Woods heard your challenge. When asked at a press conference about McIlroy's comment that he'd love to face Woods one-on-one, Tiger leaned forward and offered a terse reply:

"Me too."
