I really think Clemson will only end up with 1 loss. They have loaded up through scouting especially with the addition of Da'Quan Bowers at DE. They have a good WR corp with Ford being healthy along with Aaron Kelly and Tyler Grisham.

I did too........but w/Alabama and South Carolina on he Non-Conference schedule, they will have an opportunity to move up.

I still can't root for them. I'm still a little upset that Charlie Bauman threw himself in front of Woody's fist back in '78.

I dont know about that. The SEC always seems to be the best. wouldnt surprise me if another champion comes out of the SEC again. Yes georgia's schedule is really hard but how can u doubt that Florida wont make a run for a championship?

Preseason polls are worthless. USC was ranked 1st and Michigan was ranked 2nd in last year's rival.com poll.

He's got a good point, their schedule is BRUTAL. At LSU, at Florida and at Auburn in the space of four weeks late in the season. That's a torture chamber. :eek:

Preseason polls are worthless.

I wouldn't have a problem with preseason polls ... except for the fact that the AP and USA Today polls are used in the BCS formula. Since that's the case, I think they shouldn't start until a few weeks into the season.

Wait, I goofed, the AP isn't in the BCS formula anymore ... it's the Harris poll that's included, and that one DOES start later in the season.
