That was Lockton the underwriter for the NRA insurance policy because the left wingers in NY state wouldn’t allow the NRA to offer coverage directly. It also covered the legal defense for members charged with a gun crime which is not out of the realm of possibility even in self defense incidences.

You're untitled to have any opinion you want about NY's legislation on guns but it's the law and you gotta follow it, whatever your feelings on it are.
