They do, and some of them have spoken openly about their lists. I expect most talent in porn will have one, both male and female, because it's human nature you'll bump into people that make you think "no, I don't fancy that again" for whatever reason. Keiran mentioned his own in his AMA which he said that while he usually gets on with everyone there are a couple of girls he doesn't want to work with again for either turning up to set high as a kite or showing up with an attitude.
