I quit for three years and picked them back up again last December. In all that time I never stopped wanting one, but the cravings were manageable for a time.

this reminds me of a clear substance that you put up your nose. that was easy to stop compared to the cancer sticks.
 
I have heard that it is easier to quit heroin than cigs. One doesn't have the physical withdraw symptoms on cigs as they do heroin, but the mental addiction is just as hardcore. Keep in mind I have heard this from a number of people but I have never bothered to confirm.

same here. i have heard that nicotine is the hardest to stop. i agree. what makes it harder is that im trying to quit drinking. damn, i cant sleep because of this. but i figure, that anything for my child is worth it. this hell that i am in now, will prepare me for those sleepless nights i will have the next couple of years. :)

I just want to say that you are all wasting your time I already won this game and you don't even know it . Even I don't know it yet , even though it really seems like I do . :glugglug: heheheehe
