As for me, I'm finally getting to enjoy the fruits of my labor.......salmon, scallops, & tillapia......plus long grain brown rice, and broccolli......yummy!!!!!:drool2: Plus LOTS of leftovers.....so that's even better!

Oh if I could, believe me I would Alisa! I was totally serious about having LOTS of leftovers. The rest of my week has it's hectic moments, so I just cooked up a lot of stuff tonight to make it easier on me the rest of the week. Everything turned out delicious....though it took me a few hours to prepare & cook everything.....but it's worth it.
I suppose I could try to e-mail you some......but unfortunately I don't think they've perfected that quite that. Ha ha ha! Diced peaches and strawberries for desert btw!

Fortunately for me, I like strawberries & peaches, and most types of fruits really.....and thats one of the few desserts I'm allowed to eat with my post heart attack, cardio diet. I didn't always eat healthy...but fortunately I actually did and do like healthy things.....though I'm always tempted and going through withdrawl now days since I stopped cheating regularly on my diet.
