Well I must admit that, though I know of Megadeth, I'm not all that familiar with their work.....though since I saw the film "Shocker" I am familiar with this Alice Cooper cover (though I didn't realize it was Megadeth that did the song for that film until now):

Just did...I must admit that it was pretty good if I do say so myself. I've probably heard more Megadeth songs than I was aware of in my youth...it was just the fact that so many of the metal bands of that era had a similar sound to them that I probably got them all confused a bit in my head. Hell, I actually didn't realize they used a cover of Alice Cooper's "No More Mr. Nice Guy" of theirs in "Shocker" like I already mentioned.
Yeah, that's pretty cool...I just read that Dave considers Alice to be his "godfather" so that makes perfect sense.

Yeah, there's an idea for a new Academy Award category....crappiest remake or reboot. Sadly, they should have no trouble coming up with worthy nominees year in and year out it they did.
