This does not happen. Only hormonal changes due to age (e.g. menopause) and childbirth affect a woman's elasticity. Not sex.

The first thing to remember is that women, like men, come in different sizes. It's important to understand that vaginal musculature is elastic, meaning it naturally contracts and resumes its normal size and shape, both after sexual intercourse as well as childbirth.

When a woman becomes sexually aroused, her vaginal muscles relax and "loosen" -- somewhat. However, the relaxation of her muscles does not mean the vagina stretches or grows into a cavernous space; it merely makes room for the man, as a tight vagina would hinder our evolutionary need to procreate.

According to Psychology Today’s Michael Castleman, vaginal tissue is very elastic. The vagina does expand and contract for sex, but it does not remain expanded. The number of sexual partners a woman has doesn’t permanently alter the elasticity of the vagina.

“After relaxing during sex, vaginal muscle tissue naturally contracts–tightens–again. Intercourse does not permanently stretch the vagina,” Castleman said. “This process, loosening during arousal and tightening afterward, happens no matter how often the woman has sex.”

That is an interesting question. I'd say something like child birth might have a greater affect than any sort of insertion. But I really don't know. My guess is genetics has a greater role in the size/length of the labia minora than any other common factor. But tightness isn't so much to do with the labia minora. That's more to do with the vaginal canal.

But yeah, seems like a lot of women are electing to have cosmetic surgery on their genitals these days. I found this: Before & After Photos - Labiaplasty As I glanced at the pics, I found that in nearly every case I preferred the before pictures over the after. But everyone has different preferences.

As a side note, when this type of surgery first began to flourish, some radical feminists started a campaign to make it illegal in the U.S. They compared it to genital mutilation in Muslim countries. Referring to it as "female castration" gave them a little boost and a way to be heard by the pop media. But since no one is forcing women to do it, I'm not aware of any states that have made it illegal... yet. But that lot sees misogyny (surely must be one of the most over-used words in the English language these days) behind every bush, so I'm sure they haven't given up.

It's genetics. It has nothing to do with how much or how little sex you've had. I have several girlfriends who have had that procedure done though. A couple have had partial hoodectomys. One of my best friends had a labiaplasty as soon as she was able to. When we were still in school girls in the locker room would tease her, and threaten to tell the whole school what a whore she was because she had naturally large, dark labia. Just like some men are born with different size dicks, women are born with different sized labia. That's all there is to it.

I have a distant memory of a friend telling me about one of his friends who had some kind of procedure done down below - I forget exactly what she had done - but the results were that she had about two weeks of hyper-sensitivity where she barely needed any contact at all to send her to heights of pleasure she'd never known... followed by a gradual decrease in sensitivity to the point where she could no longer feel anything at all.
