Why save the world, when you can rule it?
You read the title: Use this thread to argue for political beliefs contrary to your own.
1: Monarchy is the best form of government.
One need only look at Saudi-Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to see the truth of this statement.
While the rest of the world suffers economic paralysis Saudi runs well under the strong guidance of her monarchy.
Some may argue that the poor suffer and extremist Islamism breeds in the poor subburbs of the Middle East, but one need only look at the gleaming buildings of Dubai to see the strength of a Middle Eastern Monarchy.
All this is thanks to the strong guiding hand of the guiding monarchy. Do you know why this is so successful? Because a monarch's chief desire is to leave his descendants a strong state, whereas a Feaudal Capitalist country like those in much of the west merely seek to cash in now for the benefit of those in charge and any country run by the people (eg all power to the Soviets!) will also merely seek to cash in now, rather than developing the wealth of the country for future generations.
