As I understand, she raised a law suit against them. I believe it was for releasing the video (likely without her consent). I would guess she walked in knowing she would have to fuck but did not know that the video was for the market.
That said, I think that scripting is a major part of the scenes, but the girls have varying degrees of awareness about what it all entails.
It's scripted to a certain extent, sure. It is a casting event, but I'm sure at lot more goes on behind the scenes than we'll every know. Some girls will appear in Party Hardcore first, then later appear in the casting. And in the same day as the casting, they'll do a shoot for czechmassage and/or czechpool too.
