How real is this site?

I've just discovered CzechCastings and think it is great with the quality of girls they have. Although, is it real in terms of amateurs turning up for a modelling casting and get persuaded to do more, or is it all planned in advance?

I realise there are known pornstars who have featured on the site, but I'm more interested in the unknown women.

Personally I'm not very familiar with the hardcore professionals, that's why I usually recognize the "glamour models" only. But that makes your answer even more helpful to me.
