She appears in a video/DVD called Studenten Party 4. I wasn't sure whether it was really her, because she only appears for seconds and plays no real role here, but after ibetufold's find below, I checked again and compared her face in profile, and i'm 99% confident it's her. She wasn't nude and wasn't participating in any act, but clearly nothing like the awkward bookworm she appears in her casting video. Also, as ibetufold posted, she did more than just the casting, and she looks quite differently here:

I thought from the beginning that this video was really too much and that it didn't look very believable. Of course, I couldn't know for sure, but the images show something very different. So I think she simply did a good act of playing the shy bookworm. I also thought that she could look really pretty if she wanted to, and I think the pictures show it. Sad if that's all we will ever see from her...
If you do a reverse image search, you'll find 2 or 3 more images of that set, but that seems to be all that's available. A pity, she looks nice in these images.

Technically, you could say they "have" a porn profile, because there is an indexxx page for the first and a thenude page for the second. But neither has done anything outside of the casting or the massage (Anna). So, I think they should be on the list.
Anna is a Prague artist and has socials, but doesn't seem to use them actively, at least not FB or youtube, where there are very old entries in the former and only music playlists on the latter. Sadly, as you wrote in a different post, this obviously has good (or rather bad) reasons. There is a YT video with a short interview of her, and of course, some weirdos have posted something about the casting. Unfortunately, not everybody is just curious, but some are really disgusting characters harrassing people whenever they have a chance...
The more episodes I have watched, the more I doubt that what is said is really true. I think, some videos are scripted, and what the girl says is just fiction, in other cases, it may or may not be true. It's a mixed bag, to say the least.
There are vids where the girl seems to be totally reluctant at first and tells she doesn't want to do open-legs or anything "vulgar", but when the action starts, she not only is not surprised that she is supposed to kneel down and suck him off, but she does it with an enthusiasm and expertise that I would expect from a common streetwalker. On other occasions, when the guy starts touching her when she is oiling herself, there are cases where it appears that she's uncomfortable, and where the video is indeed only short. Others, despite what they said earlier, do interact quite actively and are enjoying the act and are smiling into the camera or even telling jokes, clearly aware of being filmed while having sex. The former I consider abusive and try to avoid them, the latter is just what it is, an act with a model who is an adult and should know what she's doing. And mind you, I'm still talking about the one-timers who never appeared anywhere else.
But there are also those who did not really start a porn career but who, neverthelss, did appear in other content that is unrelated to the Casting/Massage/Cabin context. For instance, I checked the girls you listed, and particularly Stepanka 6782 falls into this category. While she did not stay in the porn business, she did do at least four very explicit piss videos, the links thereof you can find on "her" indexxx page, and which were published before the casting video (which doesn't say much, of course). I doubt that she was urged into doing this kind of fetish content on four different occasions. In her casting, she says something about "nudes are the limit", and technically, from the images you can see in the links on indexxx, she wasn't nude when peeing...
Then of course, there are those girls that clearly were already or would become porn actresses, and who also told the narrative of "nudes-only" and who, in hindsight, only played the reluctant one before they pulled off an intense porn session in the casting.
So, in a nutshell, I really can't say how much is true or not, how much is just a scripted play to make it more interesting, or how much really crosses the line. When somebody is out and about to make a long career in porn, it makes you wonder whether what was said during the interview was true or not. Having said that, of course, even a porn star has the right to say NO, and it should absolutely be obeyed. But again, only the persons involved know what they agreed on before rolling, and how much is just theater or not. I can only leave it to everybody's common sense and their judgement to consider these things, and to never forget that behind this, there are always real human beings, and that you should not do to them what you don't want to experience yourself...

It is definitely not scripted. Czechstreets and others are scripted, but czechcasting is not.
I highly doubt that. I remember episodes where the girl was asked for her name, and she tells a name and corrects it, and the presenter says something in the line of "as we discussed before" and others seem to mix up simple details of their lives and have to correct themselves like a schoolgirl in front of the teacher. And above all, there are episodes with girls who, at the time, were already in the porn business and played a newbie in the casting, and the presenter pretends to not know her. If those episodes were not scripted, then what is?
I don't say everything was scripted, but it would be naive to believe there weren't episodes with largely fictional stories and characters. Many or most are probably not, as there are videos with girls who can be found in real life with real occupations like the Prague fashion model who has her own agency now, some Klara, if I remember correctly. But as in the case of Marketa 4209, where the girl plays the inexperienced, uncomfortable bookworm while she clearly has done other stuff for this or another agency in at least two cases, there are videos that are highly dubious.
