Well, I know that it is useless to learn how to fight by watching videos, but this one is interesting just cuz it is hillarious!!! :1orglaugh

this guy, Bas Rutten, not just teaching some basic technics of fighting, but he is simply mad with that - I love his comments so much! such a passion, and special sense of humor - it is not dull to watch

to my mind real douchey 'tough guys' are serious and pompous, but by contrast he is making fun of all that stuff, markedly depicting mad&furious aggressor! he is not supercilious at all (though he was a very famous pancrase and mma fighter)! strange that you do not feel the funny part of it...
