Personally I'd have to say Fallout, Fallout 2, Quest for Glory series

for me, it's epic RPGS

most notably The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Also, Knights of the Old Republic and Diablo among others.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was damn good as well.

I think there are some games I really should mention:

Ocarina of Time was really good, because it was perfectly balanced, and was also a challenge for me to finish the first time (Zelda games now a days are tto easy for my tastes)

Metroid Prime is excellent

Shen Mue 2 was full of technical problems on the Dreamcast, but the beauty of the scenery and the ending will always remain in my mind as incredible
