I'm leaning towards Richard Waugh, the rest after him have been influenced by him.

1. Eric(Original)
2. Richard Waugh(Code: Veronica, 0 and 4)
3. D.C Douglas(TUC, RE5, TDC, MvC3, UMvC3)
4. Peter Jessop(REmake)
5. Jason O'Mara(Extinction)
6. Shawn Roberts(Afterlife, Retribution)

I've always thought the ones doing the voice acting for Wesker were all over-acting. I've always had a soft spot for the 1st RE so I'll go with that one

He's the villain from the Resident Evil series. Well one of them.

But I can no longer take him serious since I watched that "retarded mod" I posted.

Edit: To answer the original question, I liked the guy who VA'ed in Resident Evil - Code Veronica.
