Military tactics as in using tear gas to disperse a crowd? That's never been done before. So they're wearing military gear, does that make one iota of a difference other than aesthetically? We haven't seen them open up with automatic fire. It's all about feelings. The Missouri state troopers should come out sporting choir robes tonight and see if that makes a difference in the violence and looting.

I stepped away from the TV for 10 minutes and missed the Guilty verdict. Let the process happen organically and with integrity if that is still possible. That kid is dead but when he was alive was a big fucker who chose not to play by the rules. Many factors need to be considered before you dismiss the other side of the story. This is not the first nor the last where some use it as an excuse to loot. It happens in 2011 in London, Egypt recently to the museums, as well as several riots in L.A. I always thought if you were to do this go to Rodeo Drive instead of Watts, Georgetown instead of 14th Street corridor (D.C.), etc. As the phrase goes "Never shit where you sleep/lay".
