Because the screws were way too tight before. This is a porn site. I've always found it ridiculous that we click on the main page, there's some woman getting a fist shoved up her ass like she's giving birth to Secretariat, but we get so uber-sensitive in here. And we still are too sensitive, but the mods seem to have been put on a leash when in comes to the ban-fest this place used to be.

The recently departed fathomite is a fine example of taking it too far, but too many members (including long timers) were just getting axed with no warning, no advisory, just BAM....you're banned. It was bullshit and I'm glad it has changed and I'm glad that I didn't give up in disgust before it happened.
