Well I had my bi-annual appointment with my eye doctor and this time I had to have an angiogram. Which they ****** some dye into my bloodstream and take pics of my eye.

Everything looked good etc and when I got home I decided to take a *** and when I awoke there's a bruise the size of my fingertip.

Damn I'm annoyed at that.

I need to have my eyes checked in a bad way! I broke my glasses two weeks ago! Been needing some new ones for a while now!

I contemplated whether I should do this or not but you can't really see my face in them that well. I also didn't want to seem like I was showing off because I'm not, and I don't think it's that great anyhow. As some of you know I'm into fitness and bodybuilding. So, I decided to take a couple of pictures of myself as references of my progress throughout the years now that I have access to a digital camera.. I plan on doing so from now on at intervals if possible. I'm only about 1/4th of the way though my cutting phase (where I'm shedding body fat) so it won't look as good as it will in about 6-8 weeks. Maybe I will take more pictures just for myself at the end of the year when I'm near to the end of it. It's a lot harder taking good photos without a photographer or at least another person doing it and the lightings bad. (And I have no tan...it's the middle of November in Michigan lol) I did set up a timer and did what I could though. So here are a couple of them. The only thing I altered was I took out the signature in one of my ******'s paintings.

It did show my some things I have to work on. Unlike a lot of other people that only work their arms it looks like mine are starting to lag behind a little.(maybe that's just an illusion created because I actually work everything else). I think I will work harder on them now anyhow. The lats could be better. I though showing my legs might be going to far but some people have said they’re even better than the upper body although I'm not too sure of that. In any case I don't think I have did too bad considering I'm completely natural and have only been at it a couple of years.
