I hurt my upper right trap yesterday. It was a little sore before I did my sets on it, but I didn't think it was that bad so I finished doing the barbell shrugs. In retrospect I probably shouldn't have done that. Even if I didn't think it was that bad at the time I should have quit when I first started feeling pain. Luckily I didn't tear anything, and it's feeling a lot better than yesterday so I think I just pulled something and it will take a few days to heal. Still it's a bitch trying not to move my neck at all because it hurts each time I do so. For the next day or so I just going to get used to looking strait although as time goes on I get more flexibility in it.
