Clear your temp files then refresh...

i dont know how to get into my temp files. please tell me. i use a cleaner, but somehow, i dont think it works.

In Firefox goto Tools>Options>Privacy. At where it says Clear Private Data click the Clear Now button.

Then tap F5 or the reload button on your toolbar.

In Internet Explorer goto Tools>Internet Options where it says Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files... then F5 or the refresh button the toolbar.
