The worst part was when Chaffetz tried to pass off a chart as being from PP's corporate reports when in reality it was created by American's United for Life, a prominent anti-abortion group.

Try watching The Young Turks video starting at the 3:20 mark to have an example of how useless and uncaring planned parenthood is for young broke women. That was sarcasm by the way, I know you cannot stand the fact that an organization you despise actually does a lot of good.

Starting at 3:20 is a good place to start as to why referrals take place, chances are good your own doctor farms out any lab work ordered for you, and it isn't done in house.
