The scene starts in, ostensibly, the production office for the scene. Office space. The male talent for the scene walks in and demands that the scene take place with the girl at the desk. I don't remember if she's sitting at the desk or standing around.

In some dark dungeon-like location, I think she's tied up while sucking, fucking the guy. IIRC she's bent over.
