I don't blame him, I would of probably done the same thing.
Ya know, he might just have a decent chance in all of this. People have ****** their ********'s attackers before, and walked. Sometimes it's difficult for a court to get jurors to convict in situations like this. Sometimes prosecutors won't even try, for fear of their future political careers.
Lets hope.
Many years ago, a man premeditated the ****** of his sons ********, and shot him in the head, in a crowded airport, while he was being escorted by police.......he didn't serve a day, and the prosocutor didn't even try, because she/he said, plain and simple, no jury would convict him.
There should be a way to charge the ****** with very attuned charges...
Have you ever read John Grisham's A Time To ****?
congrats to the *** you never mess with texans
Nope, but I saw the movie.Have you ever read John Grisham's A Time To ****?
Or he meant congrats on his emotionally scarred *****? :dunno:Really? Congrats for ******* someone?
