Terminator Salvation....

i was thinking about the pg-13 and since they're killing robots, maybe that's why it doesn't get an R?

So, what humans don't die? All the other Terminator films has R-ratings, this seems like a cop out to get kids to see the movie. Go to a toy store and look at the horrible toys they made for the movie. They are aiming this shit at kids. Fuck it. I am waiting for the DVD.

Yeah, like Dark Knight, that shit was a stupid pg-13 kids film too.

OH WAIT.

At this point, no Arnold in the flick is a good thing. No one will argue that he rocked in Terminator, and T2:JD. But, look at what happened with the third movie.

Putting him in the new one, even if he would take the time out from bein the govanator to do it (which he probably wouldn't) would be like if they had put Shatner in the new Star Trek.

He's just been a big goof since his wife passed away :(

Yes, but batman is not a series that ever had an R-rated entry. And, McG blows. Come on, Charlies Angels is a load of shit.

Dark Knight did not need the R-rating, Terminator does.

You haven't even seen the film yet, so how is it you know? :dunno:

If Terminator 2 was to be released today, it probably wouldn't be R-rated. Things have changed, they aren't as fussy any more. This will probably be just as brutal as the others.

Terminator without Governator? ¬¬ Terminator would never be the same

He is going to have a small role, most likely just a cameo, in the new film. I guess it will be showing him as a prototype. Which is ok with me, seeing as that makes sense to the story.

He's also apparently having a cameo in Sly's new film Expendables, playing The Governator himself :1orglaugh

I didn't hate it, and I'll admit in terms of action, it has the best out of the entire series. But something about it felt rushed plotwise. Sam Worthington did an awesome job as Marcus Wright, and it's almost like this movie should have revolved around him instead of John Connor. Christian Bale does a good job as Connor but you're left with a feeling that with him being the messiah of the future and all, he could have done so much more IMO.

And have no fear, Arnold is in the movie as the T-800, and the CGI face implant they did for an Arnold lookalike, Roland Kickinger, is really good.

I give it a 7/10 for all the action which keeps it alive, but I would have liked to see more character development on par with T1, T2, and even T3. That's where McG failed, and unfortunately the film is taking a hit from the reviewers because of that.

yea terminator without arnold just doesn't seem right. the third one would've been better if they made it a few years back. same with rambo. they are getting too old. besides the new terminator is going out of the story into another direction. comes out tomorrow but i won't see it for another week or so. can't wait to see public enemy with johnny depp.

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
I don't go too see to many shows, aside from the animated kiddy stuff when my sister & I take my niece to the go see something she is ALWAYS asking US too take her to go see.

But I think Terminator is just one of those shows that you have to go see if your a fan of the whole Terminator quartet.

I can't say I didn't like any of the 1st 3 in the series, but I know I didn't dislike any of them, either way Salvation stands too be a spectacular couple of hours to enjoy, how could one not enjoy this movie with the likes of Moon Bloodgood in it. :D:2 cents::hatsoff:

Has anyone seen the movie? Joker? How did you like it?

I'm looking forward to seeing it but I have to wait till June 4th because it doesn't arrive in the cinemas here where I live earlier :(

I saw it Thursday and it was fantastic! The storyline to me was pretty good and I really liked the action and the special effects were tight. It almost actually feels like you're watching a regular war movie in some scenes. Christian Bale was really good for this role and I would like to see another one of this caliber.

At first I wasn't too sure about McG at the helm, but it was fresh. I gotta say that Moon Bloodgood looked extremely hot. I really want to see it again at the theater and probably will.
