can you post the photo without the ad or give the link to that page? You can usually just block **** like that with the Adblock Plus Add-On (assuming you're using Firefox) by viewing/opening the page, then opening adblock's elements panel (ctrl+shift+v) and then select the .jpg file which is the photo and open it in a new tab. then you should be able to save the image without the ad.
Didn't know. The ad is long gone. I saved the image hoping someone had the original without the ad.
