I'm looking for a program that I can batch download Youtube videos by like a search function. For instance I type in football and it downloads videos with Football in the Keyword.

You can't do it with NFL trademarked videos, but if you are looking to download user created content that allows you to download the content then you can use hundreds of different types of free software. Many of the 3rd party programs are not safe though, so it might be best to buy one that is. You can try Googling it.
You can't use it for commercial use without permission, but if you are creating it for a school project or personal use you are within the laws. Make sure to give credit to the original creators.
