Alright, after spending almost 2 hours "researching this" here are my thoughts:
1) In both Penthouse model page for "Taylor Vixen", there's no gallery with her and Johnny. Likewise, on the Penthouse model page for "Johnny", he's not coupled "Taylor Vixen"
2) After further looking at the gallery updates, and seeking through future gallery updates, there aren't any galleries that feature Taylor Vixen & Johnny.
3) The girl in the above picture, IMHO, doesn't look like Taylor Vixen.
So, I think it's either a legitimate mistake by Penthouse or, it's a pretty shady attempt by Penthouse of "false advertising" to get a few more membership clicks. With Taylor Vixen's popularity, I doubt her first b/g interaction (photo or video) would make huge news worthy of making an announcement.
