What's wrong with Sydney Moon?
I've searched these forums and googled the hell out of the internet but no one seemed to write anything about it.
For the last couple of years it seems she's lost all ability to smile, she looks different - deflated, somehow. Is she sick? Hurt?

Yes, that's her... and when compared to older sets this "smile" she wears in this set is exactly what I'm talking about. She seems disturbed... tired. In her older sets she looks much more "in the mood" than here... and you can see it in almost all of her sets since a year or two ago.

Not cancer or implants, the simple answer here is called age. This happens to a lot of larger breasted women. The breast changes shape a little and often sags a little more as the breast muscle relaxes with age. Take a look at Adele Stephens for one example of this. In her younger days her breasts was more perky and rounder. But as she aged they've dropped and spread a little.
