Stuffed a nice thick pork chop and broiled it. Home made rice-a-roni and salad.

I'm making Boeuf Bourguingon again. I was going to make cherries jubilee for dessert but my Mom made a couple of pies. Strawberry reuhbarb, rheubarb, ruhbarb, fuck it. Strawberry and poison celery pie and an apple pie. Doesn't really match my menu selections but those pies are A-okay.

Found a recipe for a chicken parm pasta bake thing. Sounded good but came out meh. I may have to start getting my chicken from another place.

What about trying this....

Take some chicken breasts, fillet them, bread and fry them, and cut them into strips or cubes. Boil some ziti, or rigatoni...whatever you like, and toss those, with some homemade sauce, into a casserole dish, and put in some grated romano or parmigiano, or both, plus some shredded provolone, or mozzarella....or both! then put some on top, and bake it until all melty and gooey.

Last night me and the wife celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversary going to Musso And Frank's in Hollywood on Hollywood Bl. It's the oldest restaurant in Hollywood opened in 1919. I had a Rib Eye and she had a Filet Mignon also having a Plymouth Gin Martini. The service was amazing as was the food. Great experience. We walked around the boulevard after dinner then went home and did the sex while Eat Bulaga was on TV. We're going to San Francisco this weekend and eating more suppers at Suppertime that I will inform the board of.

The recipe had the chicken seasoned, fried, and cut into cubes. Mix with pasta and cheeses and put bread crumbs on top. Home made sauce wouldn't have saved it. Doing it your way would have made it better but I still think my store is selling tough chicken

We ate at Shake Shack after seeing Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2. I got a Double Shack Burger w/fries plus a cola flavored soda pop that I had them put into a large cup over cubes of ice to enhance the coldness, refreshingness and thirst quenchiness.

Me and the wife are up in San Francisco now and we found this great Chinese place in Chinatown named Hunan Home's Restaurant. We got Hot 'n' Sour Soup, Egg Rolls, Wontons in Spicy Chili Sauce, Sizzling Beef, and Chicken with Green Beans. We were hungry and ate it all.

When in the Frisco and you want to eat at the Chink's march on over to Hunan Home's Restaurant!

left over pasta... i will add some extra cheese

Next time, if you haven't already, try warming it in a cast iron skillet with a little olive oil in it. It gets all kinds of tasty crusty bits, and the cheese gets a little brown. Killer way to do it.
