I stopped by my local seafood market and bought fresh flounder and large shrimp.

Fried em up and had cole slaw, hush puppies and French fries on the side. Unsweetened ice tea.

Tonight was dinner from the phenomenal Jack In The Box on Santa Monica Bl/Veteran Ave getting the #4 Double Jumbo Jack Meal (Largest Size) with Curly Fries and a ****.

Me and a friend went to Max Brenner's. I got a dark chocolate milkshake and a s'mores crepe.

I can't think of a time before this when I've ever had enough chocolate in one sitting.

Last night we went to El Torito Mexican Restaurant in Marina Del Rey. I've been going there since I was a *** but unfortunately have to say the place has steadily gone downhill over the years. It was never authentic Mexican Food but at least it used to be tasty. For starters the salsa with the chips was mushy and bland. The steak fajitas I ordered didn't have much steak; just a little but a ton of onions to fill out the platter. I will say the flan for dessert is still pretty good. Even though I like the location and we had a window table with a nice view of the water, it will be some time before I ever return.

Golden Corral in the beautiful City Of Industry. Had Steak, Fried Chicken, Bourbon Chicken, Ribs, Pot Roast, Pizza, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Cornbread, Fudge, Chocolate Cream Pie, Cookies, and plenty of Marshmallows dipped in the Chocolate Fountain. How you like me now?!?

Me and the little lady ate at a great Turkish place on Westwood Bl less than 2 blocks south of Santa Monica Bl named Zuma Kitchen. We shared their Zuma Feast which is a little of everything. We also had Turkish tea and the best Baklava I've ever had. We took home a box of 12 Baklava and will be eating those all weekend. Try this place if you are curious about Turkish Food. It's similar to kekab but the spices are just a little different. Even the chicken breast had tons of flavor and was very juicy.

Made myself some stuffed eggplant; I had some leftover uncooked ground beef and sauteed that with onion, garlic, and the innards of the eggplant. Tossed in some salt, pepper, cinnamon, chili powder, curry powder, and tomato sauce and then added some chopped up kale before piling it into the shells.

Goshdarn tasty, if I may say so.
