Apparently it was some scene shot with a fan who had abstained from cumming for several weeks, and just unloaded that huge load all over her face..

The link and the photo aren't showing because they were removed at the imagerevenue.com website. I'm getting an http 404 error (not found error) using the IE 9, Chrome, and Firefox browsers which means that the webmaster of the imagerevenue website has taken it down. So unless you've saved the image to your harddrive, your question cannot be answered.
