-The screencaps are from some DVD extra called Slash Puppy! on the DVD to some cheesy horror film from 2004 called Freak Out (no name for her on imdb)
-The film is British, so she might be British
-Her name might be Frankie
and
-She has distinctive moles around on her perfect rack
