No she gotten fat, and gain some weight if you watch the scene. I don't know if all of this is correct, but I think you are in the ballpark with a lot of it...I don't think she has done anything to her face, but she did put on a noticeable amount of weight...and there's something else going on there, between her hair not looking very good (pretty sure she has had extensions for years, but in that scene it looks almost like a wig, very distracting) and her eyebrows look thicker and darker...overall just not her best look by a longshot...
