I have been watching the tribute to him on ESPN. I did not know how bad his condition was.

RIP my Tar Heel brother. Give a big B00-YAH to the man upstairs!

Very nice tribute/eulogy. What makes it good? It is because of colleagues, Rich Eisen, Dan Patrick, Linda Cohn, Michael Wilbon, [nobabe]Sage Steele[/nobabe], Steve Levy and Chris Berman are talking about him in a good light, along with a nice narrative by Robin Roberts.

RIP Stuart. :angels:

Troubling disease this cancer is. I'm glad that he remains an inspiration for his wife, Kimberly and his daughters, Sydni and Taelor.

Along with presenter Kiefer Sutherland, and the Espys in July by winning the Jimmy Valvano award. Very great speech. Very powerful.

Very sad day in Bristol Connecticut today. :(

I always thought it was BOO-YOW when in fact he said BOO-YAH! The last Midnight Madness I attended at the Dean Dome Stu hosted it and he bled Carolina Blue. He will be missed.

The one and only.
Losing Stuart is like losing a piece of my childhood. I used to watch SportsCenter with him and Rich Eisen while I was eating breakfast before school. He made highlights entertaining to watch and listen to with his numerous catchphrases and high energy.

I remember watching his acceptance speech at the ESPY awards in July. He emphasized that the most important aspect of his life was being a father to his two daughters. Watching it again today made me a little teary eyed. He will be truly missed.

Honestly heartbroken.

R.I.P. Brother, Rest. In. Peace
