Guilty until proven innocent.
Calling the police in a fight with your gf or wife is about the stupidest thing you can do.

Because the police must arrest someone in those cases.
If not, if something happens after they leave they can be held responsible.
Once the words hit or threatened are mentioned, somebody goes.


90% of the time its the guy who gets cuffed, hardly ever the woman, especially if she's hot.

Now there will be court, and the charges will probably be dropped anyway. What a waste.

Let's say he defends himself: he does nothing more than restrain her to keep her from hitting him, she gets mad at being held down, she calls the police and he goes to jail. If she has so much as a bruise on her arm from being held down, I guarantee he gets locked up.

Taking him to jail is what most cops would rather do anyway.

A male dealing with a violent female is in a completely no win situaion in the United States.

Personally I have never hit a women but if she a starting battering me over the way I had done her clothes or not paid a couple of bills.............I would have slapped her back , the husband is a pussy.

I know this isnt politically correct but I have no respect for men who let women beat them up , they could move out or kick her out , but be a man dont go running to the police , just deal with it !!!!!!!!!

Really the answer to this is , instead of beating up her husband is.........

She could have done her clothes herself or payed someone else to do it & she could have paid the bills herself , if it was bothering her that much !!!!!!!!!

But if a man is dealing with a violent, irrational woman, he can try to prove what a "real man" he is if he wants to. He'll still be sitting in a jail cell, singing "Macho, Macho, Macho Man", telling the other inmates, "Man, I never touched her! All I did was wrap my arms around her to get her to quiet down! She bruised her arm struggling with me. It...ain't... my... fault! I want my mommy to bail me outta here!!!" :weeping:

As many nutty girls as I've known over the years, I guess I'm just lucky that I've never had a scrape like this. But also, over the years, I've only let one girl live with me (and I was going to marry her) and I only let others stay over for short periods of time (it's claimed that I have "trust issues"... whatever that means ). You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. In my house, it's my rules. And violence is one of the things that I dont' allow. But if a girl did wig out in here, I would absolutely call the cops. Otherwise, she does it, the cops roll up, and there I stand at 6'3" with a mean look on my face and she's sitting in the grass crying crocodile tears like a baby. Who the hell do you think is going to get the short end of that stick?! I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. I figure I got where I've gotten in life by taking the smart way and using my head instead of my hands 9 times out of 10.

In a potential no win situation, I would outfox the fox as best I could. Screw that macho, he-man bullshit. I play for the win.

Domestic violence is a bad deal. I'm not making light of it here. It's just too bad that the laws are enforced in such a way that some people are able to (mis)use it to their advantage to get revenge on other people.

I don't guess I even know what this woman (Stormy) looks like. I know Louisiana is a pretty "unique" place (with David Duke actually having a chance of being in the U.S. Senate at one time). But I don't see a porn star having a chance in hell of getting into the Senate, even in Louisiana. Sounds like she's completely flakey to begin with.

That right yonder woulda been my first clue.
