Storm Hits Midwest With Snow, Ice, Wind

Not trying to be petty, but a large portion of the east coast has also had its share of grief these last days. Everything is a frozen Popsicle. I can deal with the snow, ice sucks though and getting both is like no lube.

My hometown is Buffalo, NY. I know you folks up in the NE are going through hard times! I've had relatives from Niagara, Rochester, Watertown call me with snow reports all of last week.

And now in my area, with the horribly frigid temperatures forcing everyone inside, we've got this *really great* bug keeping everyone on the toilet. Yay- I love winter.:throwup:

here in my city we are just now starting to get our limbs and trees picked up. we had over 100000 homes out of power everything was covered in thick ice. my mom had no power for 16 days i was only out for 3. generators and gas was selling like mad it was crazy for a the first few days kinda funny in a way. I even went hunting in the middle of the ice storm. some people dont know how to deal with bad weather, driving or preparing. I think its fun, every once in a while though.
