It's not exactly building an Iron Man suit and becoming a super hero, but congrats...

When opportunity knocks and the resulting answer is encouraging I would tell you to go with what you gut feeling tells you. Instinct is rarely wrong.

I am in a similar position right now with a possible job option that could be a real game-changer for me. I'll cross my fingers for you if you do the same for me. Good luck!

Obviously you have never been to a gay bar, looking at the sweetest ass you'll ever see in a dress standing at the bar looking away from you, only to find out it is a 32-year old insurance salesman named Thomas.

It's not a mom & pops sized business, they have 45 people working for them and they've been in business for 23 years. I've also talked to some of the people working there and some of them have been with them since they started so they must be doing something right. As far as wages and terms and benefits go, that's all laid out in the collective labour agreement for shipyards wich they are legally bound to. It's not like in America where it's every man or woman for him/herself. In the Netherlands workers are actually protected by the law ;)

Oh, so unions are non existent in the Netherlands, it's the government that micromanages all relationships between employees and business, is that correct?

I already accepted the job, I just have to wait a month before I start :(

No, we do have unions but collective labour agreements are legally binding, that's what I meant with protected by the law.

A few days ago I was recommended to a medium sized shipyard for a job. It's owned by a couple and they're looking for someone to help with the day to day running of the company and because I've always worked on shipyards ever since my first job I'm a perfect fit. They also want a younger person with a lot of energy (that's me :nanner: ) and the lady who owns the yard with her husband wants a woman (I like positive discrimination :nanner: ) and they also want someone who isn't afraid to speak up (me again :nanner: ). It pays a little less than what I currently make but it's only 10 minutes by bike to get there from where I live. At the moment I spend about an hour and ten minutes a day to get to and from work so that's a huge improvement. The hours are also much better. At the moment I work from 7.30 to 16.30 and they work from 7.00 to 16.00. The only down side is I have a month's notice so I have to wait a while before I start. All in all this is a very good oppertunity for me :)

Now just go for the trifecta with by wearing another skirt cut up to your belly button so the wife can fire you for getting her hubby's dick hard.

BTW, Is is biking weather yet there?:o
