so why is he only 9th most powerful jedi or whatever you listed him as??

the force only slightly out of balance?

and if he was conceived immaculately like its claimed in epI, how in the outer rim were the harder guys made??

Anakin never fully became one with the force beacuse he fell to the darkside, If he would of remained on the light-side he would of been #1

However the will of the force was with Luke not Anakin hence Luke being #1
