I think I found out her name and some pics. Anya Chertkov(Chertkova?) Premium Link Upgrade if you look at her model pic on Premium Link Upgrade second row ChertyQ, it looks like it's her. I think she's a Ukrainian model. Apparently she has a Premium Link Upgrade profile but it's set to private and I don't have an account for there. Although I did find her through public profiles from there. I can't seem to find anything else about her.
