I've gone for Tessa. Stacey shows up in Nuts quite a lot so I'm really familiar with her. You picked a good pic of her, I usually think her face looks a bit strange. Not to be mean but I don't think she would have been thought pretty enough to be a model if she didn't have awesome boobs.

These two are very, very, close. Forced to make a choice I'd select Tessa Fowler but only by the smallest of margins.
This probably just a personal preference, but from certain angles Stacey Poole's face looks a little too angular to me. I know for some guys that's hot (Trinity from the Matrix), but for me, a face too angular looks masculine to me. In other words for me it looks like "man face."
I prefer the more rounded face of Tessa.
Stacey appears to have the better body, but she is also taller. Tessa at 5'1 and natural 32F's is always going to appear slightly chubbier even if she is within acceptable BMI range. She is by no means a fattie, but if she were stand next to the 5'5" Stacey, she would probably appear to be more plump of the two unless Tessa was like under 95 lbs. If that were the case, Tessa would probably be tipping over or her boobs would be smaller.
I would prefer Tessa to have a little more weight and have those gorgeous natural big boobs then have her be at an unhealthy lighter weight with either smaller boobs or really bad posture.
