Although this can be quite painful to the male, preventing them from ejaculating is quite easy if you do it the correct way.
I find that placing my thumb and index finger just below the head of his cock works best. I usually stroke the male slowly enough in this position to ensure I have a few moments from when orgasm is inevitable to when he actually starts to ejaculate.
Applying just a small amount of pressure while in this position is enough to prevent any male from ejaculating. Even if he has a full orgasm.
Most males find this to be excruciatingly uncomfortable as they feel the "full sense of urgency" that accompanies this technique. The longer you hold the male in this position, the more urgent his situation becomes.
If you hold him in this position long enough, he will "eventually" calm down as the desire to cum lessons as the sperm backs down. Please note that most males report this method to be unbearable as each moment that passes is painful and feels like an eternity.
If you let go within a minute or so, there's more of a chance that he will acually ejaculate causing all of the uncomfortable sensations to stop immediately.
