I think it had something to do with Playboy, who bought ClubJenna, closing the production of there DVD's due to their financial crisis.

There's a chance that it might be released now as the previously unreleased ClubJenna stuff is finally beginning to see the light of day. Pulse Distribution are now distributing ClubJenna and there was a "new" Brea Bennett movie released earlier this month, so there's hope yet.
