I have some general questions that I do not know where to ask and how to search for them because I am sure
you answered them already.
I hope this is the correct place for them.

The questions are:

1. How does the rank works and how I can improve the rank of my favorites ?

2. How can I ask to add babe to the site and how to do it?

This is it for meanwhile.

The babe rank takes a lot of factors in to account, amongst those are the number of times a babe has been searched for, how many times her links have been clicked or videos watched. There are more factors, but these are the ones that you can easily affect.

If you want to suggest a new babe you can use this form:

That sentence under your name is a user title. It changes randomly every x amount of posts.

The red boxes or green boxes indicate your reputation. When someone gives you negative rep an amount is deduced from your rep power. When given positive rep an amount is added. If your rep power goes below 0 those boxes turn red. Don't be bothered to much about it.
