Scenes from
Pornstar Punishment were removed because Visa and MasterCard objected to scenes depicting women being slapped, choked, elbowed, poked, kicked, having their nipples twisted, punched, being head-butted, and being stomped on. Visa also objected to observing women having their clothes ripped from their bodies (simulated rape scenes) by the guys. Visa would not allow their credit cards to be used at any of the Mindgeek owned websites. MasterCard restricted the use of their cards as well but to a much lesser extent. Without credit card support, Mindgeek dropped
Pornstar Punishment. They had to. Without major credit funding, they'd be dead.
Pornstar Punishment scenes were later edited, then renamed under
Pornstars Like It Big,
Mommy Got Boobs,
Baby Got Boobs,
Doctors Adventures and
Big Tits at Work episodes with much of the abusive scenes being cut out.
The main abusers were James Deen, Bruce Ventura and Nacho Vidal. James Deen suffered the most, because many ladies came out and said he sexually abused them in their scenes together. Even his girlfriend
Stoya came out with abuse allegations in their personal relationship. As a result, Deen was ostracized from most of the major studios. John Stagliano said that he was not allowed to work at Evil Angel. The only studio that allowed him to work regularly was Pornfidelity. Deen started his own website and network. Deen later apologized for his indiscretions and was taken back into the fold by many of the studios.
