Well Berko, I'd say so on both counts. I guess I look at size of hands to one's head and you can notice if the hands are average or small or larger than normal (long fingernails aside). The best is when their hands don't have the long or fake nails so you can really see the size. In this case you can bet the ratio is a good one if the Areola seem to be the size of their palm! regardless of finger length their boobs are usually quite larger:
