Silicon boobs

I'm thinking of getting boobs. Not sure if I should go with silicone or saline. Do any of the girls have any tips on what to go with and good surgeons?

I'm a large C cup and I'm thinking of going up to a D or DD. My goal is to have a lift and augmentation so my tits look fuller on top. I don't want them to look super fake, I'm definitely going for a more natural look. I'd have them placed under my pecs.
