My observations as I'm nearing a milestone:
It takes me longer to get out of bed in the morning.
I'm more sore after lifting and it takes me longer to recover.
I don't hear my bones creak but it sure feels like they do sometimes.
Call of Duty multiplayer no longer interests me.
Marie Osmond is looking more appealing in those Nutrisystem commercials. GILF.
Instead of doing something impulsively I go over the ramifications first (usually).
